Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere within the U.S. We also ship to PO/FBO/APO addresses.
We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. *Please refer to list of countries at checkout. We cannot ship to international PO boxes.
Once I place my order, can I change the delivery address?
We process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to make a change please contact us and we will do our best to help!
Can I change the billing address for my order?
No, unfortunately we are unable to change the billing address of your order once it is placed. But, if your order was confirmed, you should have nothing to worry about! As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order.
How can I check the status of my order?
Order details are available under your account section. We’ll also send you an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to cancel or change anything, please contact us right away and we will do our best to help!
What domestic shipping options do you offer and what do they cost?
1. Continental US: Standard (3-7 business days): $7.95 / Free on orders over $39
2. AK, HI, PR, APO/FBO: USPS Priority Mail (5-10 business days): $45
3. 2 day shipping (2 business days): $18
4. Overnight (1 business day): $35
a. For expedited same-day processing, orders must be placed by 12pm EST M-F.
b. Due to COVID-19, expedited shipping cannot be guaranteed and may be delayed.
What international shipping options do you offer and what do they cost?
Standard International Shipping (Up to 21 business days) *Shipping and taxes determined at checkout based on location. We cannot ship to international PO boxes.
Please note we cannot guarantee shipping time frames due to Covid and are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from FedEx to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has crossed the U.S. borders.
Packages undeliverable by FedEx and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our fulfillment center.
I received broken items in my order.
We do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition, but hey, nobody’s perfect. If you receive anything that looks off, please email email@example.com photos of your broken products—including a picture of the 4-digit lot code (so we can figure out what went wrong)—within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll help make it right ASAP.
I received a package, but it wasn’t my order.
How embarrassing! We are so sorry for the mix up. Please email our care team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and pictures of the following:
The stamped initial/number on the outside of your envelope or box
The order packing slip with the stamped initial visible
The products you did receive.
Please note that all order issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive your email, we’ll get your correct order sent out ASAP!
When will my order ship?
Orders usually take 1-2 business days to process and ship (unless expedited). Overnight and 2-day shipping will ship on the same day (if ordered before 12pm EST M-F).

Can you return / exchange skincare products?
Unfortunately, because of the nature of our products, once an order has shipped we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns. However, if you wish to cancel an order prior to shipping or have any questions, please contact us at email@example.com .

Where can I purchase Bubble products?
We currently sell our products exclusively on hellobubble.com
Can I use more than one promo code at a time?
Only one promo can be applied to each order. Offers cannot be combined or stacked.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay, PayPal, Applepay, Klarna, and Venmo.
For Venmo, please make sure you enable on-line payments through the Venmo app.
Do your products have expiration dates?
Our products are safe to use for one year after opening.
How do I store my products?
It’s best to store your products in a cool, dry place. Read more about how to store your skincare products here.
How long does one bottle last?
It depends on usage, but generally, each bottle should last around 2-3 months.
What do you use as preservatives?
Our products use Phenoxyethanol. It is a globally recognized safe preservative system when used under 1% and works on a wide range of products and formula systems. This one ingredient protects against mold, mildew and bacteria.
Do you carry any products with SPF?
Not yet, but we love the idea :)

Are your products safe for all ages?
Yes, Bubble products are formulated for teen skin, but they are safe to be used by all ages and skin types.
Do you test your products on animals?
Never! We love our furry friends.
Are your products all-natural/organic?
No, they are not. Our products are powered by plants, but those benefits are amplified by synthetic, science-backed ingredients.
Are Bubble products vegan and gluten-free?
